Return and policy

General Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
• Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags, SKU stickers, and original packaging.
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the delivery date (Day 1 is the date the tracking shows “Delivered”).
• Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 business days of receiving the return authorization.
• Exchanges are not accepted. Only returns may be considered.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged item or shipping error.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or denied entirely.

Flash Sale & Promotional Items (Final Sale)

Items purchased during Flash Sales, promotional events, limited-time offers, or at discounted prices are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases where the item is received defective or incorrect. Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to color preference, style preference, fit expectations, or personal dissatisfaction. Please review all product photos and descriptions carefully before completing a purchase during promotional sales.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
• Beauty products
• Jumpsuits
• Face masks
• Underwear / Lingerie
• Jewelry
• Swimwear
• Items marked as Final Sale

Returns from Canada & the United Kingdom

Returns from Canada and the United Kingdom are accepted under the same general return conditions with the following additional terms:
• International return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Returns that do not meet our policy may be subject to a 10% restocking fee or rejected.
• Duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery at info@quaintquest.shop. Be sure to include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or error.

Important Notice

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to improper care, mishandling, or incorrect size selection.

Return Instructions

Log in to your account and submit a return request. Locate your Return Authorization Number (RA) under Orders → Returns. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship the return to:

Returns sent without authorization may be rejected.

Return Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be inspected and processed after delivery. You will receive a confirmation email once a refund, if approved, has been issued. To check your return status, go to QuaintQuest Fashion → Orders → Enter your order number.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once payment has been processed.
